FAQ

  • What is softplay?
    Involves creating an environment that has soft surfaces & allows even the youngest kids to play safely.
  • What are the benefits of softplay?
    Cognitive Development and Growth, Social Skills, Mentally Stimulating, Improves gross and fine motor development.
  • What ages are appropriate?
    Our Soft play areas are appropriate for age 6 month to 5 years old.Parents are welcome to join without shoes; but are NOT PERMITTED to sit on equipment.
  • How do I book?
    Fill out inquiry form. Pay $100 non-refundable deposit. Sign and return soft play contract. We recommend that you book 4-6 weeks in advance. Sometimes we may have availability if its last minute!
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secured your date. Deposit will be deducted from final balance. Your remaining balance is due (2) days prior to event.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    All payments are made via Honeybook.
  • Can we rent longer than 4 hours?
    Yes! We do charge $50 for each additional hour.
  • How does delivery work?
    We will arrive 1 to 3 hours before your event start time. Please note setup time is not included in the 4 hour rental. All rentals are subject to delivery fee. Please note that once our equipment is setup by our staff it is not ALLOWED to be moved.
  • Where can we setup?
    Our soft play sets can be booked all year around. We can setup indoors and outdoors. Please note we do not setup on dirt, rocks, wet grass or sand.
  • What is your weather policy?
    We DO NOT setup in the RAIN. If you have an outdoor set up we recommend having an indoor option available if there's rain in the forecast. We require shaded areas for our soft play areas. Please be aware that direct sunlight can make our equipment very hot. Please note our soft play packages & bounce houses can NOT be rented if paint or water activities are at your event. Water will damage our equipment.
  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
    You may reschedule or cancel up to one week before your event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable!
  • What are the rules of the play area?
    No children over 5 years on equipment. No shoes. Face paint or glitter. No food or drinks. No sharp objects. Adult supervision required at all times. All equipment must stay in play areas. Most importantly have a sweet time!
  • How often is our equipment cleaned?
    Cleanliness is our top priority! All of our equipment is properly sanitized, disinfected and cleaned before after each use.
